All items are handcrafted to order. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to monitor differences and the nature of synthetic hair. Custom mix orders are final — exact color blends are not guaranteed to match prior orders.
Orders & Payment
Orders are processed through Stripe. By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price including any applicable shipping fees. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Shipping & Pickup
We currently offer local pickup only. After your order is confirmed we will contact you to arrange pickup. Orders not claimed within 14 days may be subject to restocking.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the item.
